Posting of Licence Notice Applications
As part of the Alcohol Licensing Application process in the UK it is sometimes necessary to post a Statutory Notice on a premises for a specified period. (normally at least 10 days after applying for and submitting an application).
If the premises is larger than 50 square meters, a notice must be displayed every 50 meters along the perimeter that touches a highway.
Once a notice (or notices) has been attached to a premises, it will then be necessary to regularly monitor the premises for a specified period in accordance with the regulations to ensure that the Notices are still in place and clearly visible.
